LaShawnda Wright is the CEO of The Wright Administrative Firm and founder of Yes! I Got The Promotion course and Business Operations Platform (B.O.P.). She was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and has a heart to serve God. She’s happily married a wonderful husband, Sheldon Wright, and mother to 4 little beautiful and adventurous girls. LaShawnda is a mentor, facilitator, administrator, coach, and servant of God.
As a Trainer and Facilitator, she is responsible for creating and delivering new training topics, workshops, and seminars and the customization and delivery of off-the-shelf training for a variety of clients and organizations. LaShawnda provides training conducted both in-person and using virtual methods. she is proficient in organizing and completing projects and performing administrative tasks. She is a confident public speaker with exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and clearly transfer knowledge to learners.

Through B.O.P., we offer services that are tailored to the individual needs where we can set your business up for you or provide support to allow you to do it yourself successfully.
